Ministerial Service

Many involved in Catholic cemetery work, i.e. directors, pastors, superintendents, office and grounds staffs, and sales counselors, continue to carry society's stigma concerning funeral/cemetery work. By on-going training in ministerial service, the following results can be expected: individual enrichment, higher levels of client service, and staff morale improvement.

Eight Disciplines

Thirty years of hands-on experience in the administration and operation of both diocesan and parochial cemeteries have allowed us to identify and categorize the variety of responsibilities. By accepting this definition, it is possible to assure comprehensive attention to the needs of the cemeteries and those who staff them, the families that are served, the diocese that has ultimate responsibility for the facilities and programs.

Management-By-Objective

When Sankovich & Associates initiates an engagement, excitement about possibilities is a fundamental first consequence. We have found that the best way to organize the multitude of recommendations and suggestions is MBO.
